Metal Free Restorations

We are a fully metal free lab and all our restorations are made with either Emax or zirconia.

​

These materials give excellent aesthetics while maintaining the strength required.

 

To maintain the strength and reduce the risk of chipping we will only layer porcelain on the labial/buccal surfaces of the restorations.

 

This keeps all functional surfaces clear of porcelain and best utilises the strength from the materials.

 

Emax is indicated for single units up to 3 unit bridges while zirconia can be used for single units up to full arch (12-14 unit) restorations.
